1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talk2Apply ("Talk2Apply," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Talk2Apply is a voice-first application completion platform that enables job seekers to complete or continue a job application through a structured phone conversation and, where separately consented to, related transactional text messages.

The Service collects responses to job-specific questions configured by the employer, staffing firm, agency, advertiser, or other authorized job poster associated with the specific job posting you selected, and transmits your completed application or related application data to that party for hiring consideration.

Talk2Apply acts as a technology and communications layer to facilitate application completion and related workflow communications.

3. Consent to Communications

By submitting an application through Talk2Apply, you may choose to provide separate consents for automated calls and transactional text messages related to completing a specific job application.

If you consent to automated calls, you agree to receive application-related automated voice calls in connection with that specific application flow.

If you separately consent to transactional text messages, you agree to receive application-related text messages in connection with that specific application flow, including reminders, call updates, retry links, and links to start or complete the application.

These communications are not marketing or promotional messages.

Consent to receive automated calls or transactional text messages is not a condition of employment or hiring consideration.

You may opt out of future transactional text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@talk2apply.ai.

4. Message Frequency and Carrier Rates

Message frequency varies based on your application activity and whether you start, continue, or fail to complete an application workflow.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and truthful information
• use the Service only for legitimate job application purposes
• provide a phone number you are authorized to use
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• avoid misuse, abuse, interference, or unauthorized access to the Service

6. Service Limitations

Talk2Apply does not:

• guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from employers
• take responsibility for hiring decisions made by employers, staffing firms, agencies, advertisers, or job posters
• guarantee that every transcription, response capture, or data transmission will be error-free
• guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the Service

The Service may experience delays, carrier issues, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures.
