I'm building Talk2Apply to help organizations turn digital interest into meaningful conversations, clearer signals, and real outcomes.
As Founder, I lead product strategy, go-to-market, and client engagement, while working closely with our engineering team to build practical Conversational AI systems across recruitment and student enrollment.
I bring 15+ years of experience across enterprise technology, HR tech, recruitment advertising, talent technology, client strategy, and enterprise sales. Today, I'm hands-on across product architecture, conversational workflows, AI orchestration, Voice AI, UX, integrations, QA, and production operations, while also working directly with customers and partners to translate real business problems into scalable product and workflow solutions.
My focus is on building AI systems that work in the real world, complement existing technology, and deliver measurable business value by helping organizations convert more of the demand they already generate into qualified hiring and enrollment opportunities.
Mohammad Ahmad
I'm the Technical Co-Founder and Founding Engineer at Talk2Apply, where I lead the technical architecture and engineering behind our Conversational AI platform.
My background spans Agentic AI, Generative AI, machine learning, conversational systems, and end-to-end product engineering. At Talk2Apply, I've been involved from early architecture decisions through production, building the technical foundation behind AI chat, Voice AI, agent orchestration, conversational workflows, integrations, and scalable platform infrastructure.
I work across the engineering lifecycle, including system architecture, backend infrastructure, prompt and agent orchestration, voice workflows, API and ATS/CRM integrations, reliability, retry and fallback logic, QA, performance, and production deployment.
My focus is turning AI concepts into reliable systems that can operate in real-world environments and support Talk2Apply's goal of helping organizations turn digital interest into meaningful conversations, clearer signals, and qualified hiring and enrollment opportunities.
