• Process, complete, and submit your job application
• Facilitate application-related communications, including automated voice calls and, where separately consented to, transactional text messages for reminders, call updates, retry links, and links to start or complete the application
• Maintain records for operational, audit, security, and dispute-resolution purposes
• Support system administration, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and service integrity

Talk2Apply does not use your personal information for advertising or promotional marketing.

3. Transactional SMS and Automated Calls

If you provide your phone number and consent during the Talk2Apply application flow, we may place automated calls related to completing that specific job application. If you separately consent to receive transactional text messages, we may also send application-related text messages in connection with that same specific application flow.

These communications may include:

• Reminders to complete your application
• Call-related updates
• Retry links if you miss or do not complete the application call
• Links to start or complete the application
• Technical or workflow-related notifications related to the application process

4. Data Sharing

We may share your application-related information with:

• The employer, recruiter, staffing firm, agency, or advertiser associated with the specific job you are applying for
• Service providers that help us operate the platform, such as communications, hosting, security, analytics, and transcription providers, acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate contractual or operational safeguards

5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not:
